4 phase of organizational commitment

Four phases of organizational commitment to quality process starts with those people who are already committed and therefore most active.

Four phases:

Vanguard – group be identified early as change agents for the process as a whole.

Ferment – Stimulate the involvement of those people who intuitively understand the quality message.

Followers – need time to adjust

Stabilizers – provide very necessary analytical skills by which means quality improvements are routinized and institutionalized.
