QUALITY NETWORKS
Quality network are structural support or “safety nets” that allow pre-existing subcultures to be empowered. It allows staff to move from what they know to what they ought to know. Being part of the diagnostic review phase it will lead to better solution and quicker actions.
FACILITATOR
Individual who act as a 'lubricant' by helping a team with issues such as communication or problem solving but, typically, does not contribute to the actual content or management of a team’s project (which is a team leader’s function).
THE ROLE
The role of facilitators in quality network is to work in a small group and create a learning climate:
